Background

Works for Me is a free tabloid weekly newspaper designed for the multi–ethnic recruitment marketplace. It champions the ethos of equal opportunities and gives advertisers the opportunity to reach Britain’s growing multi ethnic communities.

Brief

To implement a field marketing campaign to distribute Works for Me on a weekly basis with the objective of reaching the target audience.

Mechanic

We employed a team of distributors to hand out the paper at 75 locations nationally every Thursday and Friday morning between 0700 and 0900 hours. We selected major tube, railway and bus stations in areas with a high density of ethnic minority communities as distribution points.

Result

Between 35,000 and 40,000 copies were distributed weekly directly into the hands of the target market.
